Responsibilities of the Associate Board
The Associate Board is a volunteer council of professionals, community members, and supporters that promotes and advocates on behalf of CFR through fundraising and volunteer initiatives and attracts new friends to the organization.

Responsibilities of the Associate Board:
Financial: Associate Board members are expected to donate or solicit a minimum of $1,000 annually or volunteer 25 hours per year.
Events: The Associate Board will organize at least 1-2 fundraisers on an annual basis for the Client Emergency Fund.
Meeting Participation: Associate Board Members will be expected to attend a minimum of two meetings per year.
New Member Recruitment: Associate Board members’ suggestions for prospective members are welcomed and encouraged.
Raise CFR’s Visibility: Associate Board members are encouraged to introduce CFR’s work to their networks (e.g.: employers, colleagues, pro bono providers, and friends) and to amplify CFR’s communications via sharing social media postings and e-blasts to a broader audience. Associate Board members are asked to follow CFR on LinkedIn and all social media platforms.
