Families Belong Together, Families Demand Repair: A Convening on Reparations

Has your family been investigated by Child “Protective” Services (CPS)? Join Black Families Love and Unite and partners for “Families Belong Together, Families Demand Repair,” a convening on reparations for people impacted by family policing. This space will bring together dozens of lived experts to share stories, build power, and demand reparative justice.

CFR was excited to be on the steering committee, and will have Parent Advocate Supervisor Robin Lyde represent CFR at the convening.

For far too long, Black, Indigenous, and Brown families have been forcibly separated. The trauma, violence, and pain we’ve endured has long-lasting impacts on our families and communities. We need our babies. And our babies need us.

Food, transportation, and child care support will be provided. Join us as we fight for reparative justice NOW.
