“I don’t know how you look at a system that destroys so many families – that spends so much money, that invests so much money – billions of dollars – into doing that – and say ‘we should keep it around’…I don’t believe the system is redeemable. I think there are things that can be put in place to mitigate some of what were seeing, but the harm will continue to happen, because that is what the system was designed to do.”
